Alibi Loft

Alibi Loft is a detached building on the ground floor with its own entrance, large windows and 120 square meters of space. Inside it is bright and spacious, with a bar counter, soft sofas and a dressing room. The ceilings are three meters, and thanks to well-designed ventilation it is comfortable even at full seating. There are no neighbors, so you can make noise even after 23:00 — a rare freedom for the city.

The hall can easily be reconfigured for different purposes: a banquet for 50 people, a conference, a training session or a party. For business scenarios there is cold ceiling light, a projector with a screen and a flipchart. For cozy gatherings — dimmed side lights, for dancing and karaoke — a colorful light show. The price already includes chairs, tables, bar stools, drinkware, Yamaha speakers with microphones and a mixer, a coffee machine, an ice maker and a microwave.

The venue is convenient for corporate events, birthdays, presentations, lectures and filming. Food can be ordered from the menu, catering can be brought in, or you can bring your own — there is no corkage fee. Bartender and hookahs — on request. There is a smoking vestibule, two restrooms and wardrobe areas. Parking is nearby, the entrance is separate, ground floor — guests won't have to look for the right door in a maze of corridors.
