Baires Art Space

Art space "Baires" is a bright two-level hall of 270 square meters with panoramic windows and its own entrance. There is no feeling of a stuffy pavilion here: high ceilings, plenty of air and natural light, and in the evening the space is transformed by the stage and concert lighting. The atmosphere is more creative than office-like — soft sofas, a lounge area, a reception and a coffee shop on the first floor encourage informal communication.

The main hall of 200 "squares" can be easily divided: a mirror hall of 50 meters can be separated for a master class or a meeting room. A banquet can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests, and the venue can hold up to 100 people in total — in a buffet, concert or party format. There is a stage, professional light and sound, a projector, air conditioning and its own ventilation. The second floor is a lounge with changing rooms, soft furniture and an additional restroom.

The venue is well suited for corporate events with dancing and live music, conferences, seminars, creative meetings, and fairs. The kitchen is on-site, but food and alcohol can be brought in — convenient if you want to order catering to your taste. Noise is allowed after 23:00, so the party won't be cut short on the most interesting song. A separate entrance gives guests the freedom to come and go without overlapping with other events.
