Caspian banquet hall — Loft Fabrika

The “Caspian” banquet hall is a spacious 140-square-meter room on the lower level, where a relaxed festive atmosphere reigns. It has a bar counter, soft sofas and party lighting, and a separate entrance lets guests arrive and leave without disturbing others. The hall is designed as a modern leisure space, with dim light and cozy zones where it is easy to chat and dance.

The hall capacity is up to 50 people, with banquet seating for 36 guests. Amenities include air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a microwave, as well as everything needed for turnkey event planning. An important detail: you can make noise here after 11:00 PM, so the party won't end early. There is a bar, but you can bring your own alcohol and food — or order catering, and if you wish, cook yourself in the local kitchen.

The venue is a great fit for a corporate party, banquet, conference or lively party. Guests can conveniently arrive by their own cars — parking is nearby, and a separate entrance spares you unwanted attention. A flexible approach to food and drinks lets you build the event for any budget and format, whether a business dinner or dancing until morning.
