Bar with billiards — Mansion on Novokuznetskaya

The three-story mansion on Novokuznetskaya is an Italian bistro-bar with a billiards table, covering 410 m² in the center of Moscow. The atmosphere is homely and relaxed: large windows, sofas, an open kitchen and a bar make you feel like you are visiting a big family rather than sitting in a standard banquet hall. Ceilings are 3 meters high, and there is a separate entrance, so guests come in directly without crossing paths with other visitors.

Each floor can be booked separately, or you can rent the whole house. The first level has a main hall for 40 guests with an open kitchen and a bar. The second has four pool tables (one 8-foot and three 9-foot), a bar and seating for another 30 people. The third floor, or "deck", holds up to 30 guests and has two 8-foot tables. In total the venue hosts up to 200 people, with banquet seating for up to 100. Equipment: flipchart, air conditioning, photo and video lighting, microwave, fridge. Turnkey event organization, from a host and DJ to filming.

The mansion is convenient for corporate parties, banquets, conferences and parties: by day you can hold the business part, and in the evening move on to billiards and the bar. Its own kitchen and bartender, light snacks and ordering from the menu solve the food question without outside contractors. Noise after 23:00 is permitted — neighbors won't mind. A separate entrance and parking in the center add comfort for guests and organizers.
