Baulin

BAULIN — an intimate cultural space in the wing of a historic estate in the Tagansky district. There is no pompous scale or echoing workshops here: bright halls with gallery lighting, a fireplace, and a bar counter create the feeling of a warm home where you are happy to invite your own. The atmosphere encourages unhurried conversation and attention to detail — from exhibition hangers to a thoughtful guest route.

Inside there are three connected halls with an area of 52, 24, and 45 m² — a total of 126 m². They can be combined into a single route or divided by purpose: one for the main program, another for greeting guests, and the third for an exhibition or negotiations. Capacity — up to 100 people; for a banquet or party, the space is suitable in an intimate format, for a conference and presentation — with seating and coffee break areas. There is a projector, video wall, internet, cloakroom, lighting for photo and video, and the team assembles the event turnkey — from furniture arrangement to installation and on-site specialists.

The venue is good for corporate events, brand and PR events, lectures, exhibitions, and business meetings where contact with the audience is important, not scale. Catering is ordered separately and selected for the task, alcohol can be brought your own — for example, organize a mobile bar. Noise does not bother neighbors: the wing is in a quiet courtyard, the entrance is calm, without a flow of strangers. Parking in the Tagansky district is a solvable issue, but it is worth thinking about in advance.
