BB Lofts — Berlin

Berlin at BB Lofts is a dark, strict loft in a detached building, where it is easy to imagine both a lively party and a business meeting. The 120-square-meter space with 3.5-meter ceilings keeps a club atmosphere: a bar counter, sofas, a stage and party lighting. It is in the center, five minutes from Dmitrovskaya, near Flakon and Khlebozavod, with its own entrance and no passes, so guests will find it without lengthy explanations.

Inside is one large hall that easily transforms for different scenarios: banquet seating for up to 50 people, and up to 100 guests in party or concert format. There is a projector, professional sound, karaoke, a flipchart, air conditioning, a fridge and a microwave. Separately, there is a barbecue veranda and a hookah area, which noticeably expands the venue's possibilities.

Everything here is convenient for a corporate party: catering can be ordered, or you can bring your own food and drinks, and a bartender works on site. Noise is allowed after 23:00 — neighbors won’t interfere. Two restrooms and a cloakroom inside — little things that make the evening comfortable.
