Ceilings of 3.5 meters, one hundred square meters, and large windows provide air and freedom even at full seating.

The main hall accommodates up to 50 people, banquet seating — 36 guests, and for buffets and parties the space easily transforms. Equipment includes air conditioning, professional lighting for photo and video, a TV, a microwave, and a refrigerator, plus a shower. You can make noise after 11:00 PM — neighbors won't interfere. Turnkey organization handles logistics, while equipment and furniture are already in place.

The venue is perfect for corporate events, birthdays, culinary team-building, photo shoots, and intimate parties. Catering is flexible: menu ordering, catering services, self-cooking in the kitchen, or takeout. A bartender is on staff, and you can bring your own alcohol.
