Citrus Hall — Grapefruit Loft

Loft Grapefruit is a compact space of 75 square meters in an old mansion on Balchug Island. Red brick, dark gray and white walls, six windows, soft sofas and armchairs, a large bar counter — the atmosphere is both historic and lived-in, without pretension. In the evening, designer lighting does its job: the space becomes warm and intimate, rather than a "rented hall."

The venue accommodates a maximum of 50 guests, with banquet seating also for up to 50 people. Ceilings are 3.3 meters high, and there is air conditioning, a flipchart, lighting for photo and video, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Furniture and props are selected based on the request, so the seating can be rearranged for a specific scenario. Wi-Fi is available on site, and the event can be organized turnkey.

It's convenient for hosting corporate evenings, banquets, conferences, seminars, and parties — including with karaoke and a bar. Catering is flexible: you can order from the menu, bring in catering, or bring your own, and the same goes for alcohol. A separate entrance allows you to avoid mingling with other guests, and you can make noise even after 11:00 PM — a significant plus for evening formats.
