CleverLoft — ECO

CleverLoft ECO at Tulskaya is a warm space of 120 square meters, where modern design combines with natural textures and living plants. Large windows provide plenty of natural light, and high ceilings of 4.5 meters create a sense of airiness. The atmosphere here is more intimate and cozy than pretentious: sofas, a bar counter, and a stage come together to create a place where you want to come with your own company.

The venue easily transforms for different purposes: banquet seating — up to 60 guests, and in a buffet or party format it accommodates up to 80 people. There is a stage and a bar counter, lighting suitable for photo and video, air conditioning, and a microwave. You can organize an event turnkey or bring your own bartender — a corkage fee is provided.

The format is suitable for a corporate event, conference, presentation, birthday, or intimate party. Light snacks are available on-site, catering is provided, and you can bring your own alcohol. Noise after 23:00 is allowed — neighbors won't interfere. The entrance is convenient, and the proximity to the metro makes the venue accessible for guests.
