The Grand Hall of Business Center K29 is a spacious area of 620 square meters with five-meter ceilings, where both a formal conference and a lively corporate event look equally appropriate. The hall with its own stage and concert lighting sets a special atmosphere for the event: there is plenty of room for decorations, a dance floor, and large-scale guest seating.

The hall can accommodate up to 500 people, and banquet seating comfortably hosts 400 guests. For presentations and performances, there are a lifting and portable screens, sound and lighting for photo and video shooting, and a separate announcer's room — if needed, it is used as a translation booth or as a soundproofed recording space. The organizers handle turnkey preparation, so technical matters can be covered by a single contractor.

The venue is well suited for banquets, conferences, concerts, parties, and presentations. Food can be ordered from the restaurant or cafe menu, prepared independently in the local kitchen, or brought in — alcohol is also allowed. Guests will appreciate the convenience: there is a separate entrance, parking, and a shower, and after 23:00 you can make noise here without worrying about having to wrap up early.
