Business Speech House — Mansard Hall

The Mansard at Business Speech House is a bright 200-square-meter space under the very roof, where it's easy to breathe and you don't feel like you're in a stuffy office. Fresh renovation, dynamic lighting, floor lamps and spotlights create a soft working atmosphere, and the lounge area for coffee breaks is separated from the main part, so guests don't disturb each other.

There are two halls here: the spacious Mansard for 60 people and the compact SHKM for 25. In the Mansard, you can seat all 60 guests at banquet tables or arrange them for a training, conference, or meeting session. There is a screen with a projector, sound, flipchart, magnetic boards, laptop, free Wi-Fi, a podium for the speaker, and up to 75 comfortable chairs. Plus a refrigerator and microwave — convenient if the format involves self-catering.

The venue is well suited for conferences, training programs, master classes, corporate banquets, and parties. Catering can be ordered on-site, and food and drinks — including alcohol — can be brought in. Loud music won't disturb the neighbors, entry is through an administrator who will greet guests, and there is a cloakroom. It's a five-minute walk to Rizhskaya metro station and ten to Prospekt Mira.
