DT Loft

DT Loft is a transformable space in Moscow, equally suitable for a business conference and a lively party. The 257 m² hall with 3.5-meter ceilings easily adapts to any scenario: in the morning, lectures are given and podcasts are recorded here; in the evening, banquet tables are set and people dance. The atmosphere is lively and businesslike at the same time, without pomp and unnecessary decor.

The space is divided into zones: the main hall, an isolated meeting room for 8 people with a screen and conference system, a kitchen, and four restrooms. Banquet seating accommodates up to 50 guests, for conferences and hybrid formats — up to 30, for intimate meetings — up to 20. Equipment includes air conditioning, lighting for photo and video, a microwave, a refrigerator, JBL sound, Shure and Sennheiser wireless microphones, and fast internet with a backup channel. The venue is in the same building as a production company — equipment and specialists can be added on site.

The format is tailored to the task: banquet, corporate event, conference, live stream, or presentation. Catering is ordered separately, you can bring your own food, alcohol is prohibited. Noise is allowed after 23:00 — neighbors won't interfere. Convenient entrance, parking for two cars in a secured area.
