Eventner — Forum

The Forum conference hall at the Eventner hotel is a bright space of 90 square meters, where panoramic windows fill the room with air, and a mirrored wall adds character to the interior and visually expands the boundaries. The atmosphere here is conducive to productive work and pleasant communication: guests enter the hall through the reception, which immediately sets a business tone and creates a sense of organization.

The hall accommodates up to 100 people, and in a banquet seating arrangement, 80 guests can be comfortably accommodated. A separate area is provided for coffee breaks so as not to interrupt the main program. Available equipment includes a flipchart and air conditioning, and the venue team takes on turnkey event organization — from furniture arrangement to technical details. Catering is flexible: you can order dishes from the restaurant or cafe menu, arrange light snacks, or invite a caterer. The bar works with a bartender, and if desired, you can bring your own alcohol — a corkage fee is provided for this.

“Forum” is equally well-suited for conferences, strategy sessions, and negotiations, and in the evening it easily transforms into a venue for a banquet or buffet. It is convenient for hosting corporate events and parties: guests won't be bothered by noise — the hall is located in a hotel with well-thought-out flow logistics. The entrance through the reception adds prestige to the event, and the availability of parking solves the issue of participants arriving by car. The kitchen and bar cover the gastronomic part without extra hassle, allowing you to focus on the program and guests.
