F.E.V.A. A space for your own

F.E.V.A. is a space for your own, where everything is designed so that guests feel at ease and comfortable. A small house on 108 square meters with 3.3-meter ceilings and large windows, where you feel more like you're visiting friends than at a rented venue. Light, sound, soft sofas, kids' area — the atmosphere is lively and warm, without pomp and formality.

Inside there are three independent zones — a buffet area, a lounge, and a dance class, plus a dressing room and a cloakroom. A banquet can comfortably seat 18 people here, theater-style seating up to 40, and the venue's maximum capacity is 60 guests. There is air conditioning, a TV, board games, a microwave, and a refrigerator. You can make noise even after 11:00 PM — the neighbors won't mind.

The format suits a wide variety of occasions: an intimate corporate party, a team birthday, a conference, a training session, a party, or a children's celebration. The kitchen is your own — cook yourself or bring food and drinks with you, and you can bring your own alcohol too. The entrance is convenient, and the kids' zone will come in handy if guests bring children.
