Format loft

Format loft is a loft on Spartakovskaya Square in Moscow, just steps from Baumanskaya metro station. A two-story space of 1200 m² with panoramic windows and 5.4-meter ceilings: spacious, bright, and plenty of room to unfold. The atmosphere of an industrial loft with soft zones, sofas, and a bar counter — both a business conference and a noisy party are equally appropriate here.

Inside there are several formats: loft, hall, conference hall, photo studio, bar counter, and veranda. The hall size is 50 by 20 meters. For a banquet, 300 guests can comfortably be accommodated, for a buffet or cocktail — up to 500. There is a stage and a separate entrance, and you can make noise until morning. Catering is organized on site, the bartender will pour their own, and you can bring your own alcohol.

The venue is suitable for corporate events of any scale — from an intimate conference to a party for 500 people. The transformable space easily adapts to the desired format, while the veranda and separate entrance add flexibility to the organization.
