GOELRO — Amper

AMPER is a spacious hall of 200 square meters within the GOELRO cluster. A strict interior without excess decor and panoramic windows overlooking the inner courtyard create a calm but expressive atmosphere: both a business event and an evening reception fit equally well here. A single staircase connects the floors, so the program can be built on several levels, with guest greeting, the main part, the bar and a private zone kept separate.

The hall holds up to 200 people, banquet seating up to 100 guests. Ceilings are 3.5 meters, with air conditioning, a flipchart and lighting designed for photo and video shooting. A dressing room is provided, and you can make noise even after 23:00 — a rare freedom for a party. Turnkey organization is available.

A wide variety of formats will suit: a conference, banquet, corporate party, presentation or party. For food there is a choice: order from the restaurant or cafe menu, take light snacks or invite a caterer. Alcohol is flexible too: a bartender is on duty, and you can bring your own or order a mobile bar. Access and logistics are well thought out, and the central location makes the venue convenient for guests from different parts of the city.
