About the venue

This is a standalone two-story house in the center of Moscow, on the grounds of the former Bread Factory No. 9. Instead of the usual hall, you get a whole building at your disposal, with no neighbors and no other events behind the wall. Inside it feels like a country dacha: bright rooms, large windows, a veranda and a green lawn with loungers where you can catch your breath between program blocks.

The first floor is 75 m², which can be divided into two independent zones or left as a single space. Upstairs is a mirrored hall of 36 m² and a small office. For a banquet the house holds up to 70 people, with theater seating up to 50, and a maximum of 80 guests. There is a stage, a projector, a video wall, concert lighting, a flipchart and lighting for shooting. Plus two restrooms, a shower and changing rooms.

Almost any format works: a corporate party, strategy session, presentation, wedding dinner, birthday or workshop. Food can be ordered from the menu, brought in by a caterer, or brought yourselves; alcohol can also be brought, with a corkage fee. Noise after 23:00 is allowed and the entrance is separate, so guests do not cross paths with outsiders.
