Grafit

Graphite is a spacious transformer venue of 1489 square meters with ten-meter ceilings, where a large-scale party and a business conference look equally at home. The atmosphere here is set not so much by the interior as by the architecture itself: a tall hall, a stage, concert lighting and light-and-music equipment turn the space into a ready-made set for any mood.

The space is divided into a large hall and an intimate zone, with two stages, three bars and a separate hall for catering. The capacity is impressive: up to 2000 people standing, 580 seats for conferences, 356 guests at banquet tables and 141 VIP seats. It has its own furniture set, rider equipment, air conditioning and lighting for photo and video shooting, so VIP zones of any size can be built on the spot.

The venue suits corporate events, concerts, festivals, exhibitions, filming and private celebrations. There are many catering options: order from a restaurant or cafe menu, take ready-made catering, keep it to light snacks or cook everything yourself, as the venue has a kitchen, a microwave and a fridge, and a bar with a bartender serves guests. Parking is sorted too: paid city parking on one side and free informal parking from the courtyard, over fifty spaces in total. The team takes on turnkey organization, sparing you the fuss of preparation.
