About the venue

Green Loft is a bright multifunctional hall spanning 240 square meters in a historic 19th-century building, in the cozy courtyard of the cultural and business complex 'Bolshevik'. It's about a ten-minute walk to Belorusskaya and Dynamo metro stations. High five-meter ceilings, large windows with natural light, sofas, and a bar counter create an atmosphere equally suitable for a business morning and an evening celebration.

The space easily divides into zones, so it is comfortable for both a banquet of 120 people and a theater-style seating of 60 guests — the hall accommodates up to 130 people in total. There is a stage, a projector with a large screen, microphones, sound system, and light music, so a conference, presentation, or ceremony can take place without renting additional equipment.

The format is tailored to the task: corporate event, banquet, conference, party, or buffet. The cuisine is flexible — you can order from the restaurant's menu, choose light appetizers, invite catering, or bring your own food. The bar operates with a bartender, and you can also bring your own alcohol — a corkage fee is provided. Noise is allowed after 11:00 PM, and it is convenient for guests: entrance through a quiet inner courtyard, with free parking nearby.
