About the venue

On the banks of the Istra, in the Bereg Zhelaniy event park, there is a bright, intimate hall with large panoramic windows. It is quiet and secluded here: a private entrance, soft sofas and a view of the water. Nearby are an open-air cinema, a campfire area and piers, so the atmosphere invites unhurried conversation rather than bustle.

The area is 80 square meters with three-meter ceilings. The hall seats up to 45 people at a banquet and holds up to 60 guests in total. Equipment includes a flipchart, a TV and even a shower. Food is from the restaurant menu or via catering, and you can bring your own alcohol: a corkage fee applies, and a mobile bar can be arranged if desired.

The format is chosen flexibly: banquet, conference, training, seminar, birthday or party. The hall adapts easily to any decor, and noise is no issue — nature and water are all around. It's convenient for guests: there is somewhere to park, and a separate entrance lets them come in without extra attention.
