Kinoroom Loft

Kinoroom Loft is a space of 250 square meters in a historic mansion on Strastnoy Boulevard. Here, the atmosphere of a home cinema and the freedom of a banquet venue come together: soft sofas, dimmed light, a bar counter, and a sense of privacy that people come here for to watch movies without others' conversations and popcorn in their ear.

The space is divided into several zones: a welcome zone, a bar, and three private rooms for 4–12 people with projectors, large screens, and 5.1 sound. The main hall is about 55 square meters, designed for a banquet of up to 30 guests and up to 60 people in a party format. Ceilings are 3.5 meters high, there is a 3-meter screen, a laser 4K projector, powerful acoustics, a DJ console, microphones, karaoke, and light music. Plus a PlayStation 5 and a large collection of board games, and for amenities — air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Lockable doors and the absence of video surveillance in the private rooms provide complete confidentiality.

The venue is well-suited for both a corporate banquet and a conference with a presentation, as well as an informal party and a master class. Food is flexible: light snacks on site, catering from the venue or your own — you can bring your own, as well as alcohol, with a corkage fee. Noise is allowed even after 23:00, so the evening won't have to be cut short by a call.
