About the venue

Apartment No. 9 is an intimate space of 125 square meters, where a modern loft with brick and soft light coexists with a bar counter and game zones. The atmosphere is more homely than pretentious: sofas, dim light, billiards and board games encourage you to relax and socialize, rather than sit up straight.

The space is divided into several zones, including two VIP rooms, so guests can easily be distributed by interests — some at billiards, some at poker or a game console. Banquet seating is designed for 20 people, and the venue accommodates up to 50 guests in total — a buffet or party format with free seating works best. Equipment includes air conditioning, a refrigerator, and hookahs, ceilings 2.7 meters.

Everything is convenient for a corporate event here: the bar is open, you can bring your own alcohol (for a corkage fee) and order food from the menu or bring in catering. A separate entrance allows you to arrive without extra attention, and the proximity to Vladykino metro station — a three-minute walk — solves the travel issue for those without a car. The quiet courtyard and lack of through traffic make the evening truly your own.
