About the venue

The lounge zone by the water on the Pirogovskoye Reservoir is a tent and an open veranda on the pier at the Orekhovaya Bukhta yacht club. The place is atmospheric: nearby there is a SUP station, you can take boards, catamarans or rowing boats, ride a motorboat. Around is water, a flower gazebo with a grill, soft furniture and poufs — guests immediately fall into a relaxed countryside rhythm.

The venue is divided into zones: half of the lounge zone accommodates up to 20 people, fully — up to 50, banquet seating — up to 30 guests. There is a bar counter, TV, large speaker with microphone, board games. Amenities include a stationary toilet with sink, shower and changing room right in the zone, refrigerator and freezer. The gas grill in the gazebo is included in the rental for several hours.

The format is suitable for a birthday, bachelorette party, children's party, or an informal team party. You can bring your own food and alcohol, there is no corkage fee, or you can order catering. Music is only at a comfortable volume, karaoke and profanity are prohibited, as there is a residential area nearby, so extension after 23:00 is not possible. Rental from 9:00 to 22:00, parking available.
