About the venue

The Grand Ballroom is the main venue of the Lesnaya Safmar Hotel (4*), formerly Holiday Inn Moscow Lesnaya. The hotel is located on Lesnaya Street, not far from Belorusskaya metro station and Belorussky railway station.

The hall area is 474 m², dimensions are 33 by 14.5 meters, ceilings are 3.8 meters, and there is natural light. As a whole, it accommodates up to 340 guests at banquet tables, 450 people in theater seating, 280 in classroom style, and up to 500 for a cocktail reception. The hall can be divided into four parts of 118 m² each, which can be combined in twos or threes. Half of the hall holds 160 guests for a banquet and 220 in theater seating; three quarters hold 240 and 330.

Suitable for conferences, presentations, video conferences, trainings, corporate parties, and weddings. There are small halls for breakout sessions nearby. Guests can stay at the hotel itself: it has 284 rooms and 17 suites. Banquets and coffee breaks are prepared by the Red & White restaurant, and cars can be left in the paid parking or the hotel garage.
