Loft 415 Baza

The space of 220 square meters is a modern hall with a bar area and stage, where high ceilings and thoughtful lighting create the right mood. The atmosphere here is more club-like than office-like: in the evening the room easily turns into a venue for a noisy party, and during the day it works as a convenient base for business meetings.

For a banquet, the hall comfortably accommodates up to 70 people, and the maximum capacity is 80 guests. There is everything for performances and presentations: FullHD projector, professional sound with mixer and microphones, flipchart, air conditioning and lighting for photo and video. Tables, chairs, sofas and a bar counter are already in place, so decorations and seating can be arranged according to your scenario.

The format suits a wide variety: corporate event, New Year, conference, party or intimate banquet. Catering can be arranged any way you like — order from the menu, bring your own caterer, or bring food and drinks with you, and a bartender works behind the bar. Noise after 23:00 is allowed here, which is rare for the city; entry is convenient for guests and contractors, and the venue offers turnkey organization.
