Loft-61

Loft-61 is a standalone space of 120 square meters with four-meter ceilings, where the industrial character of a loft is softened by a fresh renovation, sofas, and a bar counter. There is no feeling of an office hall here: the lighting is arranged so that photos and videos come out without extra fuss, and the atmosphere is equally suitable for a business meeting and a noisy celebration.

You can rent the entire venue or just one hall — there are two in total. Banquet seating accommodates 40 people, and in party format it can fit up to 50 guests. There is air conditioning, a refrigerator, a microwave, karaoke, and a game zone with a console and board games. You can entrust the organization to the venue's team as a turnkey solution, or you can arrange everything yourself.

For a corporate event, three things are valuable here: the cuisine, freedom, and logistics. Food can be ordered from a restaurant or cafe menu, catering can be delivered, or guests can bring their own food and alcohol. Making noise is allowed even after 11:00 PM — there are simply no neighbors to spare, just as there are no parking problems: there is a large free area in front of the building. The entrance is convenient for guests and contractors, so a party, banquet, or conference takes place without unnecessary fuss.
