Loft ART on Lubyanka

The space on Lubyanka is an atmospheric hall in a historic building in the very center of Moscow. High ceilings of almost five meters, quality finishes, and thoughtful layout create a sense of spaciousness and at the same time coziness. It's easy to breathe here, and the atmosphere itself breathes easily: an old house, but inside — modern rhythm and style.

The area is 160 square meters, banquet seating accommodates up to 150 guests. The hall has a flipchart, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and you can make noise until morning — after 23:00 no one will ask you to turn down the sound. On request, additional equipment is brought in, broadcasting or filming is organized.

You can choose any format here: conference, presentation, seminar, training, master class, banquet, or party. Catering is flexible — order from a restaurant or cafe menu, bring in catering, or bring your own food. There is a reception, cloakroom, and waiting area. Parking — city street parking or underground at TSUM. Convenient entrance, security and cleaning are included in the venue's services.
