About the venue

Loft Lodge 3 is a two-story, 112-square-meter space with five-meter ceilings, hidden in an English-style courtyard. Inside it is bright and warm: soft light, vintage details, large lamps, and a stage with an illuminated LOVE sign. No factory ruins — the setting is more like a cozy living room where you want to linger late.

The first floor easily turns into a buffet or dance area, and the second into a lounge. Up to 45 people can sit at the banquet table, and the venue hosts up to 50 guests in total. There is a bar counter, fridge, microwave, air conditioning and flipchart, and sound and lighting are already included in the rental. You can make noise here even after 23:00.

A wide variety of formats will work: a corporate party, a party, a conference, a workshop or a small concert. You can order catering from partners or bring your own food, the bar is run by a bartender, and you may bring your own alcohol too. Baumanskaya metro station is a stone's throw away, and for those who drive there is a city car park nearby. The event can be organized turnkey, and the entrance is convenient with no maze of corridors.
