Loft Moscow — Venue without rental fee

The space on Bersenevskaya embankment is a hall on the ground floor with a separate exit directly to the water and to the courtyard. Inside it is bright and spacious: 180 square meters, high windows, a veranda opens in summer. The atmosphere is more urban and relaxed than pompous — both a business morning and a noisy evening are equally appropriate here.

One large hall easily divides into zones: up to 100 guests at banquet tables, up to 150 — in buffet or party format. There is a stage and karaoke, lighting for photo and video, air conditioning, flipchart. For speakers and presentations, everything is at hand, and after 23:00 you don't have to lower your voice — neighbors won't interfere.

The venue works well for conferences, corporate events, and birthdays. Catering is flexible: you can order from the menu, bring your own catering partner, or cook yourself — there is a kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator. Bar with bartender, your own alcohol — with corkage fee. Convenient for guests: parking, separate entrance, shower for those arriving by bike or running.
