Loft na Rizhskom — Versal

«Versailles» on Rizhsky is a bright two-story hall in a quiet part of the city, where red brick sits alongside crystal chandeliers and gentle Provence decor. Large windows flood the space with light by day, and in the evening wall and window lighting, retro garlands and a fireplace add warmth. Nearby is its own barbecue zone, and inside are a swing and many soft sofas with armchairs, so the setting is cozy rather than formal.

The area is 170 m², ceilings 4.5 meters, two floors and a bar counter. For a banquet it comfortably seats up to 65 people, with maximum capacity of 60 guests; the configuration is easy to adapt for a conference, training or party. Equipment includes a flipchart, air conditioning, a microwave and a refrigerator. Noise is allowed after 23:00, which is rare for city halls.

A wide range of formats works here: a corporate party, banquet, conference, training day, party or staff celebration. Food can be arranged in three ways: invite a caterer, cook yourselves in the on-site kitchen, or bring your own. There is a bartender on site, and you can also bring your own alcohol. Parking is available for guests arriving by car, and the entrance is convenient for an organized flow of participants.
