Loft on Yauza

A space on the Yauza embankment with the character of an old workshop: brickwork, antique books, engravings, and retro garlands create the feeling of a lived-in, warm place, not a faceless rental. Panoramic windows overlook the water directly, so the city remains somewhere aside, while inside there is its own atmosphere — cozy, but with scale.

The large hall occupies 135 m² with ceilings of 3.6 meters; a banquet can comfortably accommodate up to 55 people, and a maximum of 60 guests. The hall has a stage, piano, karaoke system with microphones, two projectors, a flipchart, and lighting for photo and video. Air conditioning works, there is a separate shower and two toilets, and in the kitchen — a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerators, dishes, and utensils for 50+ persons.

The format is tailored to the task: banquet, conference, presentation, master class or party with music. Catering can be ordered, food can be prepared on-site or brought in, as well as alcohol. A separate plus — noise is allowed even after 23:00, so the evening won't have to be wrapped up by a call.
