Loft Only You — White Loft for trainings and education

Loft Only You is a bright space on Varshavskoye Shosse, a couple of minutes from the Verkhniye Kotly, Nagatinskaya and Tulskaya metro stations. Large windows, four-meter ceilings and 155 square meters — it's easy to breathe here, and white walls and plenty of light create a working but not office-like atmosphere.

The 13 by 11 meter hall holds up to 100 people for seated events and 70 guests at long banquet tables. For trainings and conferences there are a flipchart, air conditioning and lighting suitable for photo and video shooting. There is a bar counter, sofas and a veranda, plus karaoke and hookahs, and noise is allowed even after 23:00. Catering can be ordered on site together with a bartender, or you can bring your own food and drinks.

The venue suits training intensives, corporate conferences, presentations and banquets: by day it is convenient to work with an audience, and in the evening to move on to the informal part at the bar counter or on the veranda. Flexible seating, the option to bring your own catering and no noise restrictions make the loft handy for events that combine a business program with a relaxed finale.
