About the venue

LOFT POZITIV is a standalone building with its own character: high ceilings, panoramic windows, and plenty of air. The space is zoned so that even a large company doesn't feel cramped: a bright hall, a two-level lounge area, and a bar counter allow guests to move freely and find a spot to suit their mood.

The venue on 110 square meters accommodates up to 50 people, and 45 guests can comfortably sit at banquet tables. Available: banquet and soft furniture, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, flipchart, and modern light music. There is a cloakroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a children's play area, so the celebration can be combined with a family format.

It is suitable for corporate events, parties, presentations, seminars, and workshops. You can make noise even after 23:00 — no one will interfere. Catering is arranged through a catering service or you are allowed to bring your own food; alcohol can also be brought. Два входа с улицы упрощают логистику, а соседство с парком «Радуга» и усадьбой «Кусково» добавляет прогулке после события приятный бонус.
