The “Yunost” venue is a stylish loft-style space with its own veranda, where the atmosphere resembles a spacious private apartment. Large windows, sofas and a bar counter create a cozy feel that easily adapts to the mood of the event — from a loud party to an intimate evening. There is no fuss or formal gloss here: guests feel at home, but on a grand scale.

The main hall of 120 square meters with ceilings almost four meters high accommodates up to 60 people, while banquet tables comfortably seat 35 guests. Equipment includes a projector with a large screen, a plasma TV, karaoke with two microphones, a DJ booth, light music, and lighting for photo and video shooting. There is a flipchart for business meetings, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a microwave, plus a dressing room and two private restrooms.

The format here is tailored to the occasion: a corporate event, banquet, conference, or party will all feel equally natural. You can make noise after 23:00, entry without passes, and a private elevator takes guests up to the third floor. Catering can organize meals or you can bring your own, a bartender works at the bar, and hookahs add a relaxed touch. The veranda and dance floor provide space for scenarios—from a business program to a karaoke battle.
