May.Moscow — Loft 'August'

Loft 'August' is a space in the center of Moscow, seven minutes from Kurskaya and next to the Gogol Center. First floor, separate entrance, 110 square meters and 3.5-meter ceilings. The design is in the wabi-sabi aesthetic: deliberate asymmetry, lack of gloss, beauty in imperfection. The atmosphere is calm and lived-in — without pathos and polished surfaces, which encourages relaxed communication.

The main hall accommodates up to 50 people, banquet seating — 40 guests. There is a bar counter and stage, which allows combining the feast with performances and program. Equipment includes an acoustic system, mixer, projector with a large screen, karaoke microphone, laptop, concert lighting and tableware. Catering is provided, you can bring your own alcohol — for example, order an off-site bar.

The venue is suitable for corporate parties, banquets, conferences, and parties. A separate entrance gives guests the freedom to come and go without unnecessary attention, and the ground-floor location simplifies logistics and equipment unloading. There are no noisy neighbors behind the wall, so you don't have to keep the music and greetings down.
