MIR EVENT — ANIMA Event

ANIMA Event is a large space in the very center of Moscow, where an industrial character meets the warmth of a live celebration. Floor-to-ceiling display windows, five-meter ceilings and concert lighting create the very atmosphere in which both champagne by the stage and a business discussion at the bar counter are equally appropriate. There is no feeling of a “rented hall” here — rather a sense that the evening was designed specifically for you.

A 450-square-meter space easily transforms for any scenario: banquet seating — up to 250 guests, a cocktail reception — up to 400, and a free-format party accommodates up to 600 people. Guests have at their disposal two eight-meter bar counters, a lounge area with sofas, a VIP area with a convenient view of the 7.5 by 4.5-meter stage, and a spacious dressing room. There is a flipchart and air conditioning, thoughtfully designed lighting for photos and video, and you can make noise here even after 23:00 — neighbors won't interfere.

The venue is convenient for corporate events for many reasons. The kitchen operates on a restaurant-level menu, with light snacks and catering available, and if desired, you can bring your own drinks and food. A bar with a bartender saves you the hassle of alcohol, and turnkey organization takes care of all logistics — from seating to the tech rider. A separate entrance and thoughtfully designed acoustics make the evening comfortable for both guests and the team.
