Library No. 17 — Music Lounge

The Music Lounge in the P. I. Jurgenson Music Library No. 17 is an intimate hall of 64 square meters, where the atmosphere invites thoughtful conversation and creativity. High three-meter ceilings and a stage create the feel of a real concert space, while the library walls give the event an intellectual character. There is no bustle or pomp here — just a calm, almost homely setting in which it's easy both to speak and to listen.

In one evening the lounge hosts up to 50 people, and 40 guests sit comfortably at banquet tables. For conferences and presentations the free-seating format gives more air, for banquets a cozy density. The hall has air conditioning, so even with full seating it is easy to breathe. The stage suits performances by musicians, speakers or a small theatrical performance.

The lounge is great for intimate corporate events, creative evenings, lectures, award ceremonies and meetings with partners. A buffet or dinner with alcohol is not possible here, since food and spirits are not allowed on site, but this guarantees a sober working atmosphere and no noisy groups next door. The entrance is calm, with no crowds or queues, so guests will not be distracted by the bustle.
