Ostafyevo Estate

A mansion with a veranda at Ostafyevo Estate is a place where a corporate event gains the atmosphere of a country reception. Inside are 150 square meters with four-meter ceilings, wooden details, and the feel of a home rather than a faceless hall. The veranda adds air and light, so even at the height of the banquet guests do not feel locked within four walls.

The space is designed for a maximum of 60 people, and the same number is comfortable for a seated banquet at tables. The format of a buffet or a party with free seating also fits within these meters without crowding. The equipment is brought in — the venue does not provide its own set of technical equipment, but it is open to contractors. For catering there are two options: order from the restaurant or cafe menu, or arrange catering. The bar on the premises is open, so drinks will not have to be organized separately.

For a conference with breakout sessions, a New Year corporate party, a company anniversary, or a private party, the mansion is equally well-suited. Guests will not be bothered by noise — the venue's format assumes that music and toasts will stay indoors. Entry and parking are handled without city hassle, and the proximity to the estate adds a walking bonus to the event. The on-site kitchen and bar eliminate the headache of food and drink logistics.
