Officina

Officina is an Italian restaurant with a bar, where the evening begins with the aroma of fresh pasta and ends with cocktails at the counter. A small 60-square-meter hall with four-meter ceilings and huge windows looks spacious and homey at the same time: soft sofas, warm light, a separate entrance — the guest immediately enters the atmosphere instead of searching for the right door along corridors.

For a banquet, it comfortably seats 36 people, while the hall can accommodate up to 60 guests in total — a buffet or party format with buffet stations will fit easily. There is air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a microwave, and a bar with a bartender is available, so light snacks, drinks, and desserts are all covered. You can make noise after 11:00 PM — no one will come to complain.

The venue is great for an intimate corporate party, presentation, birthday or private party: the cuisine is Italian, the menu can be tailored to the event, and the bar adds to the mood. It is convenient for guests, with parking available, and a separate entrance lets you avoid mixing with the restaurant's main flow.
