Mansion of the Imperial River Yacht Club

The Mansion of the Imperial River Yacht Club stands right on Bolotnaya Embankment — a historic building from 1868 with its own embankment and a view of the water. Two floors, an attic, a terrace, and an open area create the feeling of a country estate in the center of Moscow: here it is easy to forget about the city bustle, yet you don't have to go anywhere.

Inside — two floors of 250 m² each, an attic, a lounge, and a 250 m² terrace. The entire mansion accommodates up to 300 guests in banquet format — you can occupy the entire space or divide the flow into zones. The kitchen is in-house, but external catering can be arranged if desired. On site — 15 parking spaces.

The venue is suitable for private New Year's parties, corporate receptions, and celebrations where status and atmosphere matter. Guests won't have to travel outside the city, and the historic interiors and water outside the window set the tone for the event.
