About the venue

Venue “Port of Five Seas” is a waterfront getaway in Aelita: a banquet hall in a mansion with access to the beach. Inside it is bright and spacious thanks to large windows and 8-meter ceilings, while the total area is about 100 square meters. The atmosphere is rather intimate and relaxed: the water is nearby, there is no city bustle, and the venue's new status makes it especially interesting for those looking for a fresh place.

The hall is designed for a maximum of 50 guests, with banquet seating for up to 40 people. A party or buffet format allows you to use the space more freely. The equipment is basic, but there is a refrigerator and freezer — convenient if you bring your own drinks and food. Rental is available from 9:00 to 22:00.

For a corporate event, everything here is convenient: you can bring your own food and alcohol, there is no corkage fee, and if you don't want the hassle, catering will be offered. The nearby beach makes it possible to move part of the program outdoors, and the kitchen facilities help keep everything fresh. For a conference, the format is not the most typical, but for a banquet, team building, or waterfront party, it's just right.
