About the venue

A spacious terrace on the shore of the Big Stroginsky Bay — a place where the city seems to recede. Surrounded by water, pontoons, yachts and park greenery, while the life of the rental station buzzes nearby. A tall 9×15 meter tent shelters guests, but the feeling of open air and space remains: it's easy to breathe and relax here.

Under the tent, up to 200 people can comfortably fit in a buffet or party format, and up to 50 at banquet tables. If necessary, the area is expanded by connecting adjacent terraces. Guests have access to furniture and equipment: chairs, bar and rectangular tables, garden sofas and armchairs, grills.

The terrace is great for waterfront corporate events, summer parties, team building, and intimate banquets. It has a separate entrance, you can bring your own alcohol and food or order catering. Noise doesn't bother the neighbors — the area around is open and by the water.
