Prostranstvo sobytiy №1

Event Space No. 1 is an intimate venue in Moscow of 117 square meters with five-meter ceilings. The atmosphere is creative rather than office-like: tall windows, open space and a feeling of freedom that will appeal to those tired of standard meeting rooms and banquet halls. Despite the word «loft» in the description, it is not a cold industrial workshop but a lived-in place where you can breathe freely.

The space easily transforms for different tasks. With banquet seating it comfortably fits 25 guests, and the maximum capacity reaches 50 people, enough for a buffet, an intimate party or a small conference. The equipment includes air conditioning, a microwave, and the option to organize the event turnkey so you don't have to look for outside contractors.

The venue is perfect for corporate events where informal contact matters: company birthdays, team buildings, presentations or creative evenings. There is no kitchen on site, but you can bring your own food, for example by ordering delivery. This is handy if you want to surprise colleagues with an unconventional menu. You needn't worry about noise: the space has no residential neighbors, and the entrance is arranged so that guests won't disturb other tenants.
