About the venue

The Vladimir Halls are the main event venue at the five-star Safmar Palace Moscow hotel, which previously operated as the Sheraton Palace. The hotel is located on 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya, near Belorussky Station.

The four Vladimir Halls combine into a single space of 22 × 17 m with an area of 252 m² and ceilings 3.2 m high. Theater-style seating accommodates 120 people, classroom-style 50, round tables 80, and a reception up to 200. A portion can be taken: Vladimir 2-3 at 90 m² holds 90 people theater-style. The decor features light wood, and most halls have daylight. Nearby are the Moscow Hall for 70 people, St. Petersburg 1-2 for 100, and the large Hermitage foyer with a grand staircase and piano for a welcome cocktail.

The format includes conferences, training, presentations, and business dinners. During breaks, the hotel offers coffee and pastries from its own bakery, and lunch can be arranged in the Vladimir restaurant with panoramic windows overlooking Tverskaya. The hotel has 183 rooms, and the building has paid parking.
