Korpus Sports Complex

The former Sports Palace “Krasnoarmeysk”, a base for several national teams, now operates as the sports complex “Korpus”. It is located in Krasnoarmeysk, Moscow region, on Akademika Yangelya Street, about 40 km from Moscow. The atmosphere here is businesslike and focused: stands, markings, the smell of heated parquet — everything suggests that this place has seen big-time sports.

The main highlight is the universal hall 46×26 m (1,217 m²) with stands for 860 seats and an electronic scoreboard. The markings allow for futsal, volleyball, basketball, handball, and tennis, and team locker rooms with showers make the hall convenient for tournaments. Outside there is an open football field 95×55 m with 60 mm turf, a stand, lighting, and UEFA-standard locker rooms; it can be rented in full or half. Inside there is also a 25 m swimming pool with 5 lanes and a children's 12 m pool, boxing (350 m²) and wrestling (180 m²) halls, a 320 m² gym, saunas, and a hammam. Meals are provided by a canteen and sports bar, the complex has parking, and at the southern stand there is a hotel for sports groups.

For corporate events, the venue is suitable primarily due to its sports focus: sports festivals, inter-departmental tournaments, health days, award ceremonies — all this fits under one roof, and team sports and award ceremonies do not have to be spread across different locations. The football field adds an outdoor format, the pool and martial arts halls are options for those who want variety, and the hotel allows stretching the program over several days.
