Substance

Substance is not just another hall for rent, but a real bar on Aviamotornaya that will open only for your company on the chosen evening. The atmosphere here is special: luxurious retro with walnut panels, red cloth, polished chrome and brass, and a disco ball under the ceiling. Two floors and a veranda provide space for maneuver, and the feeling of a 'private club' makes the evening truly your own.

The area is 120 m², accommodating up to 100 people. For a banquet, 30 guests will be comfortably seated, for a theater format — 35. The equipment has everything for a celebration: billiards, which turns into a common dining table, ping-pong, a Pioneer XDJ-RX-3 DJ console and MOJO2200curve speakers. You can make noise even after 23:00, and hookahs will add relaxation to the evening.

The format can be very different: corporate event, banquet, conference, or a noisy party. The cuisine is catering with over 500 options to choose from; you can bring your own alcohol or order a mobile bar. Guests will find it easy to get here — just five minutes from the metro, and there's no corkage fee. The entrance and atmosphere are entirely yours: there will be no outsiders here that evening.
