About the venue

SVOY TEAM is a loft mansion on the Yauza, just a couple of steps from Taganskaya. The atmosphere here is built on contrast: a historic building with large windows and six-meter ceilings, yet with a free loft layout in which both celebrations and business programs can breathe easily.

Inside are two spacious halls with a total area of 869 m², plus a veranda. Banquet seating accommodates 110 guests, theater seating — 250, and the venue can host up to 400 people maximum. There is a stage, concert lighting and a large screen; for photos — thoughtfully designed lighting. Catering handles the kitchen; you can bring your own alcohol or order a mobile bar. Parking is paid.

The venue format works equally well for a loud corporate celebration and for a conference: the halls transform for banquet, theater or conference format, while the stage and screen cover the needs of performances and presentations. The veranda adds a scenario for an aperitif or outdoor coffee break, and the proximity to the center makes logistics convenient for guests from different parts of the city.
