Svoyo Pole

«Svoyo Pole» is a space in the historic towers of a former confectionery workshop at «Krasny Oktyabr». 19th-century brick vaults, five meters to the ceiling, and from the windows — the Moskva River, Peter I and the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Inside it is bright and spacious: 126 square meters that easily transform into a gallery, a concert hall, or a cozy living room for your own circle.

The layout — two isolated rooms of 50 meters each, connected by a corridor-gallery with lighting. In one it is convenient to greet guests, drink tea and host buffets, in the other — show films, give lectures or hold concerts. The formats can run in parallel without interfering with each other. A banquet here seats up to 60 people. There is a flipchart, air conditioning, lighting for shooting, a microwave, a refrigerator and a shower.

The venue is well-suited for corporate events, banquets, conferences, and parties — from intimate to lively. Catering: you can bring your own or order catering; alcohol is also your own. For organizers, one parking space is provided, and the entrance is designed so that guests do not cross paths with other flows.
