Transform.Loft

Transform.Loft is a studio space of 140 square meters where two very different halls live under one roof: the bright «Content» and the moody «Dark». Between them are a glass partition with sliding panels and a heavy floor-to-ceiling curtain, so the space easily turns either into one big hall or into two separate zones. Ceilings are four meters high and almost all the furniture is on wheels, so the layout can be changed to suit your event.

“Content” is an 80 m² white space with huge windows, a kitchen with an island and bar counter, a stove, an oven and dishes. “Dark” is a 60 m² space with gray walls and a dark floor that can be fully blacked out. For a banquet, it comfortably seats up to 35 people, while the venue accommodates up to 50 guests in total. There is a flipchart, lighting for photo and video, a refrigerator, a microwave and a dressing room.

The format can be the most varied: corporate event, banquet, conference, party or shoot — the halls transform to suit your request. Catering is flexible: you can order from the menu, cook yourself in the local kitchen or bring your own; alcohol is also your own — with a corkage fee. You are allowed to make noise even after 23:00, and the event can be arranged turnkey. It takes about seven minutes to the metro and about twenty minutes from the center.
