CAO Loft 2

CAO LOFT 2 is a separate space of 110 square meters with its own entrance, where high five-meter ceilings and an industrial brick character coexist with a cozy, almost home-like atmosphere. There is no feeling of a passage corridor or someone else's office: an corner bar counter, soft sofas, and dim lighting create a mood where it's easy to dance and have leisurely conversations until morning.

The space transforms for different scenarios: banquet seating comfortably accommodates up to 32 guests, a buffet or theater seating — up to 55 people, and the overall maximum of the venue is 50 persons. For performances and music, there is a DJ zone with a mixer, acoustics, and a wired microphone, a screen with a projector for presentations and karaoke, a TV with a SEGA console. Equipment includes air conditioning, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a water cooler, plus a separate cloakroom and a technical room with a wet point.

The venue's format is perfect for corporate parties, company birthdays, presentations, conferences, and filming. Guests can bring their own alcohol and food or order catering — there are no kitchen restrictions. A separate entrance provides freedom of entry and exit, and noise is allowed even after 23:00, so the evening won't have to be cut short by a curfew.
